智能爬升系统(防护平台)是一种由热镀锌钢材打造的高效、安全施工防护平台,广泛应用于高层建筑、核心筒结构、桥梁等工程项目中。系统可通过自身的提升机构沿建筑结构实现逐层升降,替代传统脚手架,大幅提升施工效率与安全保障。系统具备安全防护、防倾斜、防坠落、同步爬升等功能,确保施工人员和现场作业的安全性与高效性。

系统组成与技术参数:

🔩 主架体构架

  • 架体立杆:承载整个平台结构的竖向荷载,材质为50×50×3mm热镀锌方管;对接板为8mm厚钢板。立杆长度规格为4m/6m。

  • 三角撑:连接内外立杆,稳定支撑脚手板和外立网,结构稳固,提升承载能力。

  • 脚手板系统:构建作业层防护面

    • 主板:宽600mm,长度2000mm/1500mm/1000mm可选。

    • 副板及翻板:2mm花纹钢板制成,副板通过M16螺栓与内框连接,翻板采用钢板合页与副板连接,便于开启检查。

  • 外立网:采用0.7mm冲孔钢板与20×20×2mm方管边框组成,外设连接板厚度为3mm。常用规格:1×2m、1×1.9m、1×1.7m,保障作业人员安全。

  • 水平支承桁架:用于加固结构,安装于第二步脚手板下方。规格2000×800mm / 1600×800mm,内外桁架通过侧面螺栓连接,环形布局增强整体系稳固性。

⚙️ 导轨系统

  • 品字形结构导轨:导轨杆采用φ48.3×3.5mm钢管,后立杆规格50×50×4mm,配有φ18螺孔,利用M16螺栓固定,提升平台运行精度与安全性。

🔧 提升与防护装置

  • 内置同步爬升机构防坠装置,保障平台升降一致性和意外防护能力。适用于复杂多变的施工场景,支持全天候安全作业。
